We share workshop outlines directly with the client and aim to give organisations a sense of subject matter expertise. The first thing we do is talk to you about your training needs by using a situation/needs analysis in areas that can help identify the training or operational root causes of problems. This can be done by formal means of customised questionnaires, one-to-one interviews, and focus groups, followed by a detailed report and presentation. It can also be a simple process completed in a day. The outcome will help us customise a workshop that is relevant, experiential and deliverable-focused. A fee estimate is then shared.
