Emphasis is on PRACTICAL work for each topic, with ‘’in tray’’ Exercises and Role Plays -LEARNING BY DOING – supported by interactive lectures, videos and activities.
The workshop leader will establish communication with the participants prior and post workshop as a Bluegill Training Standard Operating Procedure.
The following resources will be researched for use as workshop tools: Case studies, Questionnaires, Surveys, Online Web Videos, Webinars, Live Video Recordings and Flow Charts.
